Parking: There is parking outside the front of the terminal. It is charged by the hour, but the charges are not high; there is no long-term parking. There are dedicated car parking spaces for disabled travellers. Information: A tourist information office can be found in the Departures hall. Facilities: Money and communications: There are three banks located on the public concourse and in the Arrivals hall; a post office is located on the public concourse (closed Sunday and public holidays). Eating and drinking: There is a café in the public concourse, and a bar and restaurant in the Departures lounge. Shopping: There is a gift shop and duty-paid shop on the public concourse. There are duty-free shops in the Departures lounge. Luggage: Lost property is located in Arrivals. Other facilities: In Arrivals, there are hotel reservation desks and a first aid room, as well as tour operator desks. Conference and Business facilities: A business centre is available in the Cyprus Airways lounge, in the Departures lounge. Disabled facilities: The airport is equipped with disabled toilets, lifts, wheelchairs and ambulifts.

• The ancient ruins of Kition in Lanarca town and the Neolithic Settlement of Choirokoitia, 32km from Larnaca are both must sees.
• There are two important religious sites in the area, Ayios Lazarus, where Lazarus is said to have lived and taught after Jesus resurrected him from the dead, and Hala Sultan Tekke mosque, an important place of Moslem pilgrimage, ranking immediately after the shrines of Mecca, Medina and Al Aqsha in Jerusalem.
• There are also a number of museums, including Larnaca district archaeological museum, the Pierides Museum, the Ethnographical Museum, the Municipal Museum Of Natural History and Larnaca Museum and Fort, a former British prison which is now home to treasures from the Bronze Age.
• Lefkara, 40km from Larnaca is a picturesque village, famous for its local lace and for its silverware.
• Stavrovouni Monastery, 40km from Larnaca is perched upon a rocky peak, Stavrovouni, which means 'Mountain of the Cross'.
