Developers have even begun to reconstruct the few sections of the old city that were bombed by Soviet forces in 1944. The main season in Estonia is in August and September there's beaches in Pärnu and for those country lovers Viljandi is green and peaceful. But for the extra buzz and excitement Tallinn is the place to be in the evenings.
