Munich Airport is located just off the A92 between Munich and Deggendorf and is accessible from four motorway exits. Connect to the A92 from the A99 Munich ring road from southern and eastern destinations. Or the alternative Route 388 from Munich towards Erding, and turn north for the airport prior to the junction for Erding. At the airport, follow the signs to Terminal 1 or 2. A free shuttle bus runs between the terminals and to Car Park P6.

Money and communications: Facilities include banks, bureau de change, ATMs and a post office. For those who need to keep up-to-date on the Internet there is 24 hour access throughout the airport.
Eating and drinking: There is a variety of bars, restaurants, snack bars and coffee shops. The Terminal 2 gallery is a popular spot for drinking and dining. There are several more located on levels 0 and 3 of Terminal 4.
Shopping: There are duty-free shops and shops selling a wide variety of clothing, electronics and accessories. Presents for those at home can be found in the gift shops.
Luggage: A left-luggage office is located in the Service Centre, in the MAC area. A porter service is available and porters are easily recognised by their green uniforms.
Other facilities: There is a 24-hour medical emergency centre in Terminal 4 with First Aid facilities and a Pharmacy. Dental treatment is also available. For travel information there are well over 40 travel agencies and tour operators.

Parking at Munich Airport

Underground car parks P1, P2, P3, P4 and P9 offer short-term parking for up to one week. Other parking close to the terminals can be found in multi-storey car parks P6, P7, P8, P20, P25 and in the underground P26 car park. All underground facilities and multi-storey car parks offer direct access to the airport. Car park P41 at Nordallee is for long-term weekly rates.
