Driving in Norway

Speeding and other driving offences are subject to heavy on the spot fines. There are some toll roads in Norway. Except when full beamed headlights are needed, dipped headlights must be on all the time. Speed limits are as follows; Motorway - 90km/h - Open road - 80km/h - Towns - 50km/h.
