The remains of the Roman city of Itálica are also a must to visit. They are found in the town of Santiponce. This ancient City gave two Emperors to Rome, Troian and Hadrian. Traditional local dishes are Flamenco Eggs, Sauté Kidneys with Sherry, Stuffed Artichokes and Fried-Fish. The City has excellent restaurants serving the specialties of Andalusian, Spanish and International cooking. Must See in Seville

You will want to visit the old city with the Cathedral and the Giralda tower at its centre. Climb the steps inside the tower to enjoy the magnificent view of the City.
