Miami Car Hire

Miami is the most southern resort in America. It is a big, sprawling city and you will need your car to explore it properly.Lying right on the on the furthest tip of the U.S.A. it enjoys warm, tropical weather with loads of sunshine and a dry climate. It is simply idyllic with the Atlantic at one side, the Gulf of Mexico at the other side and the Good ol' Dixie states of Alabama and Georgia to its northern borders.

Quite simply, Miami is a holiday paradise, with everything to offer the tourist. Miami City is a rich community, where the residents have it all, wonderful weather, great food in the huge variety of restaurants and chic and exclusive shopping outlets. It is one of the healthiest cities in the world. The typical Miami resident enjoys nothing better than being outdoors and boy does it show. After all there are a lot of sports and activities to choose from. Some of the world's premier sports facilities are situated here with golf and tennis being up there at the top. For the water sport enthusiast, it is all there.

Jet skiing, sailing, water skiing and windsurfing are readily available as are snorkling and scuba diving. PADI dive schools offer plenty of professional, safe tuition. The staff at the beachfront hotels will advise you about activities available on the relevant beach and where you can hire the necessary equipment.

You will have heard of the famous Miami Beach. This is in fact an altogether separate place from Miami City itself. Situated some 4 miles from Miami, it is actually an island with long sandy beaches lapped by the blue Atlantic waters. If you venture into the ocean to snorkel or scuba, you will be plunged into a wonderland of aquatic marvels. Among the shoals of jewel like tropical fish you stand a good chance of seeing sponges, vast pufferfish, gorgeous angelfish, rays and dolphins.
